OPENING QUESTIONS: How might you go about writing code that includes a menu?

For example there may be 5 menu choices for your user to select and you want to execute one set of instructions IF the user choses #1, different options if #2 is selected and so forth

How would you put all of that inside a loop so the program continues until the user does... *something*?
